Property Preservation Contractor Immediately (Daytona Beach, FL)

CyRich Property Preservation LLC. is looking for crews throughout the state of Florida with property preservation experience. We need contractors with a minimum of 1 year experience in the Property Preservation industry. We need contractors, available for work on standby when needed. We need contractors that have landscaping equipment, cleaning supplies, smart phone camera or digital camera, internet access, handheld tools, reliable transportation, trailers for hauling, generators, compressors, etc. CyRich is looking for a company that can meet extreme deadlines. Property preservation work orders will include, securing/ evictions, trash removal, inspections, janitorial, boarding, winterizations, roof repairs, plumbing repair, and snow removal. In certain situation you will have utility work orders. These work orders are highly important. If experienced and interested please contact CyRich immediately.

Only apply if you have property preservation experience. We are looking for a vendor that can handle immediate work orders and complete work on time.

According to sunbiz.org they have been in business since January 13, 2014 and they have no FEIN yet. That is a total of 13 days in business but to work for them you have to be in business for at least one year.

I asked for a price list and a copy of their contract.
