RMR mold remover?

Is this stuff half as good as they say it is? Would using it pass a mold test? Seems to be a better solution than the bleach/kilz method... Would the banks allow it? Bid approvals and such?

I watched the video and it appears to be legit. Can't see that it was faked.

As far as bid approvals go, this stuff is $30 a gallon. No way the banks will approve it. They want it cheap, done their way, and you still carry the liability.
But if you still choose to do mold work uncertified and want to try it, what's to stop you from putting this stuff in a bleach label container? Pictures are paychecks.
