Knob locks and deadbolts

I have started working for a large investment firm that bought 700 foreclosed properties in my state. There are about 30 or so of them in my coverage area.

One of the things my customer asked me if I was interested in doing was to change out the entry locks in the houses. They do not want to go to a master key code. They want each house to be keyed random with all outside entry doors keyed alike.

Does anyone know where I can order knob lock and deadbolt sets keyed alike as a group with a random key code for the group? I would need from two to six sets per house.

I can always go to Lowes and dig through the lock sets they have to find the quantity I need. I was just wanting to see if there is another source someone knows of.

Some of the big box stores around here will repin multiple locksets for you.

Myself, I would carry a dozen blank locksets and a pin kit and repin the existing locks I could and pin the extra "blanks" as needed. Odds are good most of the existsing locks are Kwikset.
