Abatement, not restoration. Most all restoration contractors are not licensed, trained, and equipped to properly handle asbestos, lead and such highly regulated substances.

Use a franchise restoration or ask restoration firms for their certs. It's best to use a firm who does a lot of insurance work in my opinion. They are so much more thorough and don't miss a thing.

The nationwides believe if they can get someone to do it, it must not be that bad. We have turned down places covered in feces, chichen blood, and syringes because believe it or not, tey were offering "upgrades" of 25-50 dollars. We turned them down, and they cheerfully informed me they had someone else do it who was "happy for the work".

So California is pretty canibalistic, and alot of swingers out here just do anything they are told. it really is a shame. They become the problem that they end up despising.

Cannibalistic AND overly liberalistic, like oil & water, at some point it will turn volatile.
