Squatter safety

Anybody "carry" on initial secures? Or anyone have certain areas you work where you have run into trouble with squatters / homeless people?

Ok, ok,.. Has anyone (else) been attacked by a squatter on an initial secure?

No, most of the time we are jiggling the front door knob or starting a rekey, we will hear the back door and then the rattling of the fence as they are taking off.

When I know I'm going into a rough area, I take my Fila dog..They were bred as the ultimate protection dog..He weighs 165 lbs and they are mixed with bloodhound. If theres someone in there, he will bring them out...running..

We service 3 inner cities (Ghettos) always carry. Where we live you must be permitted and never conceal so right on our hip SP911. Have never had to pull it in anger however. Usually just the site of us with recovery agent on our back and visible pistol sends the natives scrambling. I have heard of crews from a rival company getting jumped and beaten tho. We take no chances.
