What I would like to see!!!!

I really do feel there should be scumbag/hack/duct tape truck section. The section can be solely dedicated to all the ridiculous crap we get to see. I can only imagine the wonderful stories and pictures to be shared.

lol, some of them even post on here.

What was that guy's name last week? Eddie or some thing?
Really posting hack ways of working.

Professionals are people who can do their job when they don't feel like it.
Amateurs are people that can't do their job even when they do feel like it.

I'm not sure that's a good idea. There are far too many FNG that read the posts and don't know any better. I can see them thinking "Gee, I never thought of doing that. Now I can make a $15 MH Landscaping grass cut profitable."

Too many FNGs and Hacks cutting corners already. I know I personally don't want to give them any more ideas...............

On second thought, a picture of a single axle, ATV trailer, broken down on the side of the road full of debris, would make me laugh! Disclaimer: I'm not picking on any particular member who may or may not have been banned recently....

Feel free to post what you see in the off topic forum.
I doubt the site owner is going to make a new forum for that.
Like Brad said we don't need to give the hacks any new ideas.

Professionals are people who can do their job when they don't feel like it.
Amateurs are people that can't do their job even when they do feel like it.

Red face New to this...

TLR HELP!

Hey guy's glad to finally participate in these forums (CT,PT)I'll tell you what would be really beneficial to me would be some insight or advice on how to keep track of all of the jobs coming in that need bids, what has been bid already,WO's to complete, any RTP's. Really in all honesty any help in streamlining my business functionality. I just started and I feel so unorganized. I have 2 wo's and 1 property to bid at the start of the day, mid day I get an email that says they need more pictures across town at XX ( I live near a major city across town could be 45 mins), My Field Manager calls and ask's if I can do a job I bid last month for XX, I'm wondering what I bid the job for, the 16' trailer ( at a different location) with 1/2 a demolished shed on it got high centered leaving xxx and needs to be at xx by the end of the day, Gotta go get some XXX for job XXX. I get another email saying we need another bid with full photo's, I guess you get the point. To top that off another company Called today and said they got my company's name from god knows where and are looking for preservation vendors in my area. I'm having a hard time keeping up with WO's from one company but I don't want to turn it down because the first company isn't 100% steady work. I'm a painter/drywall guy by trade and decided to try my hand at preservation to get me through the winter. Apartment painting is a fast paced trade but these 24-48 hour windows to squeeze all this sh*t into are making my head spin.(Just to clarify I'm not just a painter my company does full turnkey for apartments paint, floors, finish carpentry, makeready(light plumbing,HVAC,electric) so it seemed like an easy transition. Anyway...I need some guidance : )
