You need to do more research and I would look at a price list before accepting any advice from this board on who pays good.

Same as in any of the other 49 states, you friendly local REO brokers will have all the work you can handle. You just have to convince them to give the work to you!
Here is SE PA, they would love to give the work to you, but unfortunately, they give it all to me.
