I'm seeing right about 1/2 the total numbers I saw when it peaked for me in 2011.

And please don't slander a good company by making up names for them that you can't even say on here. It is spelled Safeguard. Please give them the respect they deserve............

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What I'm seeing is the same or close volume overall

but it's being divided up between many more middle men (order mills). From any individual perspective it might seem like less volume, but its really just divided up by order mills all fishing for contractors to do the work for half the price. Hard to believe these properties are being serviced at all let alone to any standard. I find it hard to believe people are winterizing properties for the price of a trip charge.

I just landed a couple nice commercial drywall finish, paint and trim jobs. Working in nice clean warn malls until the cesspool settles out. Give them all a chance to fail for awhile.

Maybe after the nationals eat a pile of reconveys and freeze and/or water damaged properties, they will come to their senses, and stop giving companies from Texas,Florida, and Arizona etc. properties in Pennsylvania they have no capacity to service.

I can leave the house drive 15 minutes, with an armful of cheap tools, save the wear and tear on my stuff and my nerves and let them find another sucker to backcharge when their pricing model bites them back. I suggest the same course of action for others, these people are your competition, let them fail. Hell, the general comes around every day to see if I need anything, runs for it, set up a decent little shop for me, etc.

Well, maybe not the best way- the best way is to not let your ducks anywhere near Preservation Pond...
