REO vs. P&P

What specifically is the difference in reo work and p&p work. I currently do reo stuff but have been asked to merge over to p&p. Any major differences? Thanks.

Are you doing post conveyance work? For what company? It's a little different depending on who you work for.

For us there is far more money in P&P due to REO pricing sucking and package deals.

Same here
We would never do the package deals
We do some evictions.
We also get a lot of really big REO trash outs 100 yards plus and other ones that other contractors wont do. Like moldy debris or a street in Philly you cant get a trailer down.
