REO CUY prices

Can anyone please tell me what REO debris pricing typically is per CUY?

There really is no typical REO debris pricing.

It ranges from $20-30 for most REO clients. Not enough to play with in most cases. I have seen REO pricing as low as $15 and as high as 80% of HUD. If I can't get 80% of HUD, I won't touch it.

The REO pricing I'm seeing makes me not want to get out of bed in the morning. Pretty weak pricing. Barely covers dumping costs and other expenses...

Too many middlemen

let them fail, just say no. Stay in bed, get some rest until they come to their senses. I have done some for REO pricing in the past, but I scouted the properties out, and knew it was stuff I could get rid of for free, and/or stuff I wanted and also came with other work, like a nice clean house with a sales clean, smoke alarms, sump pump, dehumidifier, etc. and an initial landscape that payed well with lots of extras. But, to just accept them on the blind is a sure fire way to lose your a$$.

haven't done any REO work in three years. After leaving Cyprexx and FAS have never looked back. I hate flat rate work! flat rate = more work less pay.

REO pricing has always been a mystery to me? Why do I get 50.00 a cyd before the sheriff's sale but only 20.00 after? It's the same debris.

I charge what I charge regardless of where it is in the process. I have not yet seen justification for the pricing discrepancy between P&P and REO. All I can say is P&P pays more.
