Can't find anywhere that this is a hazard, (biggest gap is 3/16) but they want all 200 Sq Ft of kitchen and utility room cracks taped off. You REALLY cannot make this crap up........

I don't understand why you are so upset... There's clearly a HUGE gap there that the cockroaches and millipedes will trip over...

The steps in the first photo are riskier than the floor. Good to see these companies are maintaining the sale value of the homes. Crap railings and murder tape do nothing but enhance the listing.....

We need an official "stupid things the banks make us do" page. Like installing dehumidifiers to stop mold growth on houses with no electrical wires. Or saran wrapping anti-freezed toilets and then poking holes in them. I mean, wtf?

You mean like the time we put an entire kitchen in a house, a new roof, rebuilt the deck, new doors, and garage doors then we tore it down?
