Viking Preservation

I saw an ad on craigslist for this company, I know I shouldn't have looked there for a company looking to hire, but I figured let me see their pricing and who knows, you never know. Well that was a mistake. The following emails were rude, unprofessional, and the person who answered never even read my questions, just answered whatever they felt like it. Here is how it started. I sent an email stating:

I am very confused on your paperwork. Your paperwork says asset protection services LLC as well as viking preservation, which one is it? Also the paperwork states invoices are paid on a net 30 basis while the welcome page says net 15. Can you please clarify. Also from what I have read it appears as though bushes are expected to be trimmed on the initial grass cut as well as leaves and debris being removed. However the price is only $10 more for these services. Please clarify this as well. Also I see a lot of reference to Wells Fargo and BAC, is your client safeguard properties, MCS, or LPS?

to which I received this response:

hello

safeguard ???? lol we wouldn't work for safeguard if they were the last company on earth ,we handle several national companies and a few regionals too

vps

I then responded:

Can you please claifiy the other concerns I had with your paperwork before I fill it out.

and received this in response:

hello
after the initial grass cut ,if there over grown during the initial you bid on them ,ive seen work orders with the vendor asking you to baft bid after the fact (within reason of course) grass cuts clippings are to be removed from site ,i what used to do was run over them till they disappear just make sure u take at least one bag of clippings and take photo
vps

at this point I was no longer interested because apparently this person can't read, so I can only imagine how my invoices were going to be, but I responded anyway:

Apparently you have an issue reading, nevermind

and this is what I got in return:

look ive answered all of your questions ,its companies like you give this business a really bad name your right NEVERMIND !!!!!!!!!!!!!

and again I responded and have not received a response as of yet:

You answered not one of my questions so maybe you should look in the mirror with that last statement.

It amazes me that companies like this are even in business. I should post the pages that conflict each other for all to review. It looks like this clown took their suppliers contract and edited it where he/she felt fit and didn't proof read to make sure there was no conflicting statements or information regarding their suppliers.

So how much money did all these emails pay?
