Is NFN the same as NFN Now???

Good evening all,

Last week NFN now reached out to me me regarding work in my area. They offer Fannie Mae work on the REO side. I thought cityside has that contract and the recruiter said something about RMS. The pricing is solid, they say pay is every 21 days from last friday of work. I have seen some stuff on NFN owing money and not paying, is that just NFN or is that also NFN now.

Thank you all for your post's and knowledge. I have been on this board for years and the knowledge has been great and the advice even better.

NFNNow is actually a different entity, owned by the same people. I used to work for NFN, and the NFNNOW office is in, not only the same building, but the same room, as much of NFN. Basically NFNNOW is NFN's "in house" vendor. They hire contractors to do the same work, but pay less, and upload the results for the vendor. Hope that helps!

Nfn

Pricing is ok, they will look to charge back Pres fees. You have to decide if the work is worth it. I was with them for over 1 yr. Grass cut prices are great. They get you on the pres work
