Discussing key codes and combinations for accessing property is best taken into pms. Thanks.

Ask who you get your work from I'm sure they will be happy to tell you...asking us on a public forum is not a good policy...

I kind of don't understand this policy. We all know that of the 30 or so keys out there the Banks only like to use a certain main 3 keys and then maybe 3 others once in a blue moon. I very rarely encounter a knob not in the 10 pack set.

Since those 10 keys are "standard issue" I don't get why talking about them is bad? It's not like we are posting the addresses and which keys go towards that house.

Because there are those out there who would get those key codes, have them cut, and look for specific postings in homes to try to unlock. No broken windows, no kicked in doors.

I believe the code for all electronic lock boxes in Florida is 911. Just punch it in your phone and hit send. It should open right up.

You wonder why companies like Safeguard want to use fake looking windows instead of plywood for boardups? Why they ask you to secure the rear door instead of the front one? Did you ever wonder how many buyers get those "keys" at closing and think those are the only set, never resecuring the home?
The number of active lurkers on this forum far outweigh the number of active posters and not all of them are of the "we alls". I know many a tale of ill intentioned folks and their deeds done with the magic of those keys. It isn't hard to browse neighborhoods looking for the properties with the stickers in the window and pretend you are supposed to be there, and it isn't our policy to make it any easier.
The information you seek can be found on the usual sites that profit from it.
