BATF going to be dead in Florida?

Looks like from Facebook and other sources are reporting that MSI from Wellsfargo had issued a email to the reps in Florida:

Currently we do not have volumes. But you definitely will continue to receive what you have. We will keep you abreast as we are made aware of our volume.

Also, please respond to confirm you received this within 24 hours or your work orders will be reassigned.

Subject: WF01 - Grass Season 2016
Importance: High

Good Afternoon,

Below are changes effective immediately for Client WF01:

1. WF01 is no longer doing manicured lawns
Shrubs and trees touching the house can be trimmed for investor allowable only. If over allowable, a bid must be provided. (This pricing will be communicated prior to receiving the orders)
2. On initial cut if over 1ft in height the grass can be cut BATF and provide a CE for over allowable initial cut. No other work can be done BATF.
3. Recuts must be bid on the initial order:
a. The number of recuts for the remainder of the season at the MSI Vendor Price (# of cuts)x(amount of each cut)= (total $ for season)
b. If over the allowable lot size bid should be CE based Price (# of cuts) x (amount of each cut) =(total $ for season)

More details will be provided on handling additional scenarios prior to receiving grass orders for WF01. Please do not reach out to anyone else concerning grass season other than myself as you will not receive accurate info. My intention is to provide you with as much information that I can obtain as possible. This will include pricing, expected volume (possibly by zip). This should help with routing your crews.

If you are unable to effectively complete grass cuts this season please let me know before end of business today so I can adjust assignments accordingly. 817-268-9812

Did you have good luck doing BATF work on Wells Fargo? I struggled with getting everything approved, endless emails why did you do this or not do that. And I took tons of pictures, think my work was pretty solid and documented. I was just curious how your experience or others was, I struggled with BATF. ...thanks!!

Received this today.

Quote:
Effective Friday, April 1, 2016, ServiceLink Field Services (SLFS) will be releasing the remaining grass cut work orders for the 2016 grass cut season, with the exception of client #518 orders which will be released on Tuesday, April 5, 2016.
In previous years, orders were released in stages, by zones; however, the 2016 grass cuts will be released nationwide on April 1st and April 5th depending on the client.
Client #518 New Grass Cut Requirements

Effective Tuesday, April 5, 2016, client #518 will be releasing the remaining grass cut work orders.
Initial Grass Cut work orders should be completed for the standard supplier rate. If the initial grass cut cannot be completed for the standard supplier rate, it should be completed Bid After the Fact (BATF) with supporting documentation.
All grass recuts MUST be bid for the remainder of the season, even if they can be completed for the standard supplier rate.
Trimming of trees and shrubs BATF can only be done on work orders with Initial Grass Cuts and should only include trimming away from any structure on the property (including outbuildings and detached garage) and to clear walkways.
oIf additional trimming of trees and shrubs is necessary at the time of the initial grass cut, submit a bid and supporting photos to justify additional trimming is needed.
Trimming of trees and shrubs on subsequent grass cuts should not be completed BATF. Provide a bid to clear walkways and trim away from any structure on the property (including outbuildings and detached garage), as well as any additional trimming of trees and shrubs should be bid with supporting photos to justify additional trimming is needed.
Recuts can be cut BATF only if the grass height is over 12 inches.
Note: A photo of before and after with a measuring device is required.

Initial Grass Cuts and Work not Performed (WNP) Due to Weather

When performing initial grass cuts and inclement weather results in not being able to perform work, you must request an extension.
When requesting the extension, suppliers must provide the condition preventing completion (e.g., snow-covered, flooding, etc.) and the estimate of when condition will improve so the cut may be completed.
Note: Do not submit as Work not Performed Due to Weather on an initial grass cut.
Most weather conditions prohibiting a grass cut are not permanent in nature and an extension for an initial grass cut is appropriate. Also, in order to keep the initial grass cut at the appropriate payable, SLFS requires an extension versus a systematic WNP result
