MCS What is up with the company

I have been seeing alot of MCS properties with violations from the city on them some even have 3 or 4 violations with grass 4 feet high and fence all messed up Has mcs going to require workers comp causing them to loose there contractors to perform work IS this a good company to look at signing up with or just a bad company all around?

Their properties don't look like that because they treated their contractors too well.

These guys are as bad SG, Finally cut em loose after over 5 years as a vendor. Last year these crooks stole 1k and some change with this explanation : on a multi day trashout ( over 120cu.yds) chargeback was issued due to not submitting B4 photos of debris for each and every day work was performed. Of course 1st day photos showing amount of debris present with the action shots and truck load photos along with the BS aspen checkin for each day at the house were submitted with the completion. Last of the nationals for me, free at last !!! I strongly suggest all MCS vendors terminate their service agreement and quit putting up with one theft of service after another. Also are you existing vendors happy with just about every allowable being decreased ? even the HUD allowable from $50cu.yd to $40 ? and of course the 25% bribe for the sheer pleasure of being one of their vendors. My opinion is run like heck from these crooks !

See that is common sense! There is no place for that around here.

I do know that NONE of the MCS properties from last fall had any winterizations and no snow removal all winter. Realtors don't know what's going on, but a few of the properties now show paperwork from VRM. So, if it IS going to VRM and their lovely portfolio of cradle to grave for flat rate properties- they probably won't be seeing good services anytime soon.
