FDI Management in TX

Has anyone done any work for this management company? I cant find out anything about them. I am doing bids and before I do I want to make sure they pay and are who they say they are. Their website says under construction. The complex manager is asking for a lot for the price she says Corporate will wants to spend and I don't want to get stuck doing the work and not get paid. They have gone through three maintenance men on site in a year. They are bidding outside companies.

Well, I've never heard of them, but I know what these guys are going to say. They are going to ask you to ask yourself why they need new contractors and then say run.

I thought the same thing. The previous maintenance men lived on site and it was part if there rent. That was not working out too well and they are up against a USDA inspection coming up and need it done quickly and want a monthly rate after the initial. There is 118,000 sq ft to mow weed trim and edge plus an array of other things which I will bid separately. I charge by the sq ft on smaller properties but one this large is a real investment of overhead to expend and hold for net 30 days. They manage a lot of apt. complexes in Houston area and a few up here in North Texas. Just thought someone would have worked for them on here. Thanks for the advise.

Why is their website under construction? If they've been around a while (Going through 3 maintenance men so far), they should have something up there, or nothing at all. Think about that one...

So, they've been through 3 men this year alone? That doesn't bode well for you. You know what's coming via responses to this post. Good luck and listen.
