Same Old Questions....from new faces...

If a company is an NAMFS member then you have a 95% chance of being screwed out of your monies.
once again Labor is at the cross roads in the PPI. CWIS has some serious internal issues and C-Level employees are jumping ship and heading to lawyers to make a deal and save their thieving asses.
PK MGMT right in there with them as is DEA H0me Inspections and NFS all have ties to Mickey dale Snow and the teen age prostitution ring he was moving all over the eastern seaboard....

If you had anything going on with CWIS...get your money...they were just forced...in a very unprecedented move...forced to pay out over 100k to contractors they were telling they had not been paid by HUD,,,
Karnes Moved Industry Days up to attempt to fill the void the HUD contract now has in SOFLA...

The biggest thing anyone can do that is shopping for clients is look to see if they are a member of NAMFS and don't work for them...also get involved with the class actions going around...and don't hand me that BS the lawyers are the only ones making money...who gives a **** if the thieves are arrested and prosecuted...if you're owed do what those that are owed by CWIS start filing liens....the more you allow the Management For Stealing people to get away with their crimes then...hey if you do stand up you do not get a voice...lien a property and start costing them litigation fees...they will fold ...but if you let them steal your money...well you didn't need it to begin with....

Only way to fix the industry is to make them responsible. Now you have aspen grove giving the heads up hey don't use this contractor he fights back.
You have the to big to fail hiring these thief's to push out work orders under any minimal wage scale.

I hire you to be my driver I cant pay you 5 bucks an hour That's against any wage law.
So I hire Adam Buczek to get me a driver and I pay Adam 6 bucks an hour.
So he hires my driver under a contract and he ends up paying him 4.50 an hour.
Can I just wash my hands and say oh I hired Adam and he is the one who is breaking the labor laws.
