patch the roof within the allowable

so they told me to go patch the roof within the allowable. here you go

I know the new allowable for 5 fives I`m not getting my ladder out to repair or tarp.

What we did back then we would supply them with the bid to address. We left right before SG came up with new rule that roof has to be repaired for i think 1.00 per SF. So if area that needs to be patched is 5 SF you would get 5.00 not more minus discount.
I don't know what these clowns are doing now, wonder how many vendors left them
My argument was : here is what I charge: don't like it, find someone else
I don't need volume, need decent projects not crap like 5.00 per roof repair
