Hello everyone

Im just signing on to this forum the first time.

Because I saw questions about zion PM out of Atlanta.

I was dispatched on a job once for them The work order was for 10.00 to attach a hand rail
50.00 for a grass cut
and 30.00 for winterization

yes i did

i did accept it just to c if they where legit and it was the house next door so it wasnt a loss

Zion has no work in NJ, don't even bother. I did a winterization for them at a property, then 90 days later they ask me to cut the grass and told me that it is all they had in the area.

If that wint is in Toms River, it was the one I declined months ago. They sent me there to do a dewinterization and then a new order came the following week to winterize. I told them unless they had other orders in the area I would be unable to complete it
