Welcome to the forum.
Lots of good clients out there waiting for a professional, knowledgeable and experienced contractor that will pay you at completion of services, sometimes in cash, and they live all around you. You just need to let them know you are out there.

Off of the Waste Management website:

"Large loads: loads larger than 5 cubic yards are weighed and charged by the ton - $34.70/ton (minimum charge $52.75)
Small loads: loads 5 cubic yards or smaller are charged by volume - $10.55/cu yard (minimum charge $15.10)
1 Yard: $15.10 (minimum charge)
2 Yard: $21.10
3 Yard: $31.65
4 Yard: $42.20
5 Yard: $52.75
To find cubic yards: length x width x height divided by 27"

Cyprexx's math doesn't add-up unless maybe, your payed 5 yards or more for 1 yard disposal fee. Even that doesn't add-up. Doh!

Every area is a little different with garbage disposal. I am in NJ and here you need a license to go to the dump with a commercial vehicle. That permit costs $2k to obtain and a minimum of $600/yr in renewal fees. Other than that our other option is to pay for a dumpster. A 10yd can costs $350 and a 20yd can costs $550. Disposal fees with a permit is almost $100/ton. My best solution is to order a 20cy can at my house, fill it to the brim and transfer the debris in my trailer. Other than that on normal cleanouts I loose money.
