Workload Dropping Off?

New here, but not to PP. Been with SG for about 7 years. Used to get 25-35 orders a day. But for the past 2-3 months we are lucky to get 10 a day. If that. I've read most of the posts related to SG. Seems I'm not the only one that's disappointed. Also have not been getting any BoA from SG. We are in AL. Any suggestions on who would have more work right now? MCS? Five Bros? Who is handling Bank of America for AL? Is it still SG? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

So are you saying you want more work from SG, Five Bros, or MCS?

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same thing happen to them and if anyone had any ideas about BofA in AL. Just found it odd that all of the sudden there were no more BofA coming from SG. All SG will tell us is that work is "slow".

I'm pretty sure workload is down almost every where. There are a few spots still rocking but the bulk of us have had an unusual year.

Have a friend in Alabama and he said the whole state is slow as can be right now across a lot of nationals. Good luck.

"According to Irvine, Ca-based RealtyTrac's First Quarter 2016 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report, foreclosure activity in the U.S. was below pre-recession levels in 78 out of 216 U.S. metropolitan statistical areas (36 percent).

Nationwide, the report shows foreclosure filings -- default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions -- were reported on 289,116 U.S. properties in the first quarter of 2016, down 4 percent from the previous quarter and down 8 percent from the first quarter of 2015 to the lowest quarterly total since the fourth quarter of 2006, a more than nine-year low."

There is definitely something up with safeguard and its contracts. In NY I am getting new MCS and M&M properties but will discover a safeguard sign in sheet that is at least a few years old. No offense to any of the SG fans out there but if all of your eggs are in that basket there is at least one more reason to look for more baskets lol!
