research your market your asking a tough question cause your labor costs and materials may be different than mine cant compare NY with lets say Idaho you need to learn your market and if your client has allowables and if you want to accept their pricing or not

Easy peasey

Call a local restoration company that does mold and get an estimate and MARK IT UP for your Overhead & Profit

Gutter replacement call a local gutter company and tell them how many LF of gutters and LF of downs and MARK IT UP for your Overhead and Profit.
