Good luck going through their 266 page price list. It has almost 4000 line items on it.

Yes.

A realtor referred them to me for an initial secure/trashout about 2 years ago. They called me, I gave them my pricing. They ended up calling back a couple days later to ask me to complete just the lock changes & securing. Payment within 30 days of job completion was negotiated & work was completed. 30 days came, I called & emailed for a few days before I got a call back. I advised an intent to lien would be filed/mailed to them & costs would be added if payment was not received within 10 days. Payment was received on day 8 - about 44 days from job completion - I emailed them and asked them to delete all my contact information from their system as I would never be contracting with them again.

Iíve already told you more than I know.

Very similar to PROPPRESPRO when we did a roof tarp for them. Had to threaten liens. I no longer accept referrals from brokers. Most of the time they have no clue as to the performance of the company, they are just passing on information.

NRES is operated like a mom-n-pop type company. They always paid but I had to call them and remind them sometimes. They use to be called vectra field servicing.

I performed mostly sign placements and a few lock changes.

NRES is a joke and a fraud, have all the e-mails, work orders and photos to back it up. I have been in this industry for 11 years and they clearly are a scam. If anyone wants the details let me know.
