Ripping Off Labor

I have been reading some disgusting articles on here about the same companies over and over that continue to contract labor and not pay. When are people going to stand up for themselves and tell these companies asking you to do work for them how life is going to be? Do not put all you eggs in one basket because this business is so dried up now a days the only ones left are Robbers. I do not care what national or regional it is they have all ripped a contractor off at one point or have it on their mind. Today I did a lein search to see how many times one of these banks has seen a contractor file a lein and I was awestruck at the small amount of leins or lawsuits on this matter. I am sure no one went into business to lose money and at times you think you are doing them a favor to cover a certain area or job for brownie points. It does not work. The only way that you are going to succeed in this business is to tell every company that calls or emails you No. Eventually when those same companies are not able to get the work done it will go direct. Beat on doors send emails and make phone calls until you get paid what you are owed and deserve.

One post in the classifieds is sufficient. Other than that if you have nothing to contribute to the forum there is plenty to read.

Many are afraid!! Many seem to not want to bite the hand that feeds them. Afraid that they may be blacked balled, look at most of these NFN contractors, they are going to screwed but only with their clothes on is all. No is watching and listening to what others are saying, as this has been NFN MO for a few years now. The amount that NFN owes is in the millions now, they owe a regional a quarter of a million dollars abd that is paramount that is owed. People need to start filing civil law claims and coordinating with the state of attorney generals office for further investigations.

You would think people would learn. I guess the saying "If your gonna be dumb you better be tough" applies to these people. A little research on google will show you that certain companies such as NF fu*kin N has problems paying contractors. If people would just stop earning them money they would fail.
