I have been out of the reo world for sometime.I currently work for Munisipalitys and local residential Customers.

I got in contact with a realtor who wants me to bid a few house for rehab work Painting Kitchens bathrooms etc.

I know for a fact my numbers are way different compared to nationals but the winter is coming and work gets slow.

What are the prices on average for repair work.Is repaid base still used?Like i said its been a wile

Example Remove above ground pool Screened in porch Paint interior etc

We give brokers our numbers. I don't use any cost estimator unless it is insurance work. Bid it for what you are worth.
