Question E&O and General Liability Referrals

If anyone knows of a Gen Liab Co that also handles E & O at reasonable prices, please let me know. I really appreciate it!

One of my clients no longer accepts policies from a few companies now, one of which I currently have a policy with. Being that I've been in this biz long enough to know that can happen, I have different clients aligned with different policies so this change won't hit me too hard. That is my advice to you in exchange for your info if you don't already know you can do this (there is more to it of course; it's based on exactly how your biz was set up and certain other particulars sometimes also based on state or where your company's located, your co's coverage area(s) as well as the reverse - where it depends on the company(ies) you use to cover your "interested party"/client(s) or however the insurance co chooses to word your client on the certificate- I've seen it classified a few different ways.

I thank you!

I will give my usual warning for anyone signing up with any "approved" insurance vendor, don't do it, if a customer gives you a list of "approved" vendors and you sign up with them, you most likely are giving your customer the opportunity to approve claims made against them on properties you worked on, and the first you will hear about it is when your rates go up.

having to have different policies for different customers? No thanks, I would work on getting my company positioned to say no to those customers, sometimes they even find a way to make it work with your insurance. Since we stopped with nationals no one has asked who writes our policy, they only care that we have the proper coverage

Stay away from fools, for you won't find knowledge on their lips.
