Do a search for Southeast Asset Services and you'll find the thread where it was discussed.

You DO NOT have the option to decline work orders as stated in your contract

Sounds like yet another company has no clue what the independent contractor relationship is supposed to be.
I'd be the guy that crosses that part of their agreement out and send it back to them. Why should they be able
to set all the restrictions and you get none?

Professionals are people who can do their job when they don't feel like it.
Amateurs are people that can't do their job even when they do feel like it.

DSI (default services INC)
are good people. They quit FAS when tehy were bought out and opened shop. I would recommend them. The pricing isnt the greatest but they dont have teh atitude problem that most nationals do. IMO go for it and see it for yourself. Expeirences vary. I would give them a B- if it were not for the pricing
