Red face Need Property Preservation service?

Hi,

I would like to know about, what steps should be taken for preserving an old construction property?

Change the locks, install a lockbox, mow the lawn, board the broken windows, tarp the leaking roof, bid to demo, and don't forget to take 300-400 photos, then sit and wait 3-9 months to hopefully get paid.

Hi,

Change the look of your old property by installing new window, doors and leak proof roofing, etc. Also send some pics to property preservation company for clarifying all work details. Hope you may understand some points... Good Luck!!!

Contract the work out to some poor, unsuspecting schmuck for 30% of what you bid. Let them do the heavy lifting while you kick back and watch those mouthy bit............................uh, women on The View.
