been awhile

Been a few years since i been on here.. I cant believe safegaurd still finds people in my area to do the work lol..

I agree!

Although, I do think these companies are starting to reap the rewards of years of low compensation, near impossible QC expectations with unscrupulous pay reductions & charge backs, and slave-like control tactics. Most everyone who could be considered a potential vendor anymore has either already been a victim of one of these companies or knows someone who has, and they're opting to pass on the lines of BS some of these companies are dishing out.

QC teams are killing the entire business. I don't blame them. I just found out a cpl of months ago they pay rate is like $10 per hour and they have zero experience on the business, also the ones running CE's from 10 only 1 of them is an experience CE. The rest of the team relies on this person to pull their CE the best possible. At the end is the National fault for the low pay and of course the disappointment for us for the high expectations and horrible results from those expectations.
