Work Slow Down

It seems like this year work has slowed down drastically. Are we the only company experiencing this? Last year we had a lot of work in December and then it slowed down in January and February. This year it started slowing down mid November and we have only a couple of work orders right now. We are afraid to see what January and February are like this year. Is anyone else having this problem? If so have any companies given you reasons as to why?

We have been getting calls from MCS for a few weeks now. I'm not sure if this means they have work or if they can't find vendors? We have been telling them no. I talked to a Higher up at Servicelink and he says volume is down, way down. I buy and flip houses and I can tell you it's getting harder to find deals. People are over paying because there are fewer properties available.

The deals on houses to buy and flip have been gone in my area for about 5 years now. Every time I find one that is close I end up in a bidding war that I never plan to win. Everyone has or has had a relationship with MCS. Mine is such a love hate, 1 month I love them, then the next 2 months I hate them. Every time I get close to telling them to shove it I get several good paying work orders.

Good luck this year!!!
