Looking for more work

Good evening everyone! My company is looking to change/add to the companies we work for, but we are not sure where to even start looking for new ones. What are some of the techniques you use to find companies to work for? Do you have any success with search engines? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

start with the homeowners and local businesses that need the services you provide

Stay away from fools, for you won't find knowledge on their lips.

Apply with as many companies as possible. Property Preservation Jobs and Company Directory and craigslist.

Put yourself up as an Owner of a PPres company on LinkedIn. I've gotten a few jobs that way.

What State are you located in? We recently picked up more REO and PFC work in the last month. Our main client has finally started letting the underperforming vendors go. Being we have been at the top of their list for several years, we are receiving the asset reassignment and are getting now even more assets.

We are located and service the middle 3rd of Florida from coast to coast.

I live in a fairly small town so word of mouth is a big deal out here where I live. I have also been experimenting with search engine stuff which I know nothing about and I have recently been getting quite a few phone calls from it. I have a friend of mine that does some work with that an offered to do it to help my business out and it's really starting to work. I'll see if things pick up with what he's done.
