For Any questions on "Client or Company "

Any questions on "Client or Company " GO TO "RIPOFF REPORT" and search by Name or Company name or Preservation and if your client or person shows up on that report don't work for them that's my advice there's more Companies (CROOKS) on there then or not. Save yourself some money and some heartache and search their first😁

Ear26LSR You are completely right about looking up all companies or people you might do work for before doing anything for them.

You should have been advising the industry 20 years ago perhaps shari Nott & NFN would Nott have skated with 100 million of labor's money....
Due diligence I believe is the phrase.
That said there are many that slip through the cracks...Micheal Breese & ESS, are two prime examples of this. Just because the company is not on Ripoff report does mean they are ok....
You keep propping Ripoff Report as some authority on business misbehavior...it is not.
There are about 40% reports that are bogus because someone got butthurt and decided to go hurt someone in social media knowing there would be no reprisals.
Until labor in the PPI joins together the issues will not stop.
Talking advice from order mill representatives endorsing industry practices via social media platforms....quack...
Sorry but you have to tell the ordermill NAMFS members to go blow or deal with the memberships criminal actions against your company.
100 million dollars in the wind...that is what Jaffa is claiming for National Management which NFN was part of...not one lien filed before this latest mess Cuz everyone is too gutless to stand up for what is right

I'm seriously starting to wonder if the people posting about "RIPOFF REPORT" get a kickback from the site.

EVERY company on Earth has someone who is upset with them. it's human nature. maybe if there are thousands of people qq'ing about a company I would listen...but 1 or 2 contractors upset means nothing compared to the other 5000 other contractors that are happy with them.

I know I know, I MUST be an industry insider....whatever. I'm just some dude with a little common sense. If I was a so called insider I wouldn't have been attacked by a homeowner with 2 axes on an initial secure.

I get some of you deal with things your own way as I have stated before but I thought this site was here to help each other with advice not to slam another contractor for their thoughts or what they have shared. By the way your right about people need to file liens and the other person is right about if there is only a couple of complaints about a person or company. However some of us do look in to companies and certain people before doing any type of work for them. That said Michael Breese and Homestar are posted more times then I can count on ripoff report. So claiming that the site is not useful or dumb to use as a starting point is wrong for anyone to say. This day and age we live in is social media and to look someone up or a company up on any site that has a background is helpful even looking them up under their states court information, or asking around on here. A few of you continue to attack people for sharing ideas and no one on here should feel that they can not share a idea. Once again this site is to help all contractors for it is all of us that have to stick together because if we do not the big guys will win like Michael Breese who would just keep finding new contractors and pinning one contractor against another one. Also just a note but many people went after Michael Breese and won but no one still ever received a penny to my knowledge and he has already started another company and getting away once again. As far as ripoff report if you do not like the idea of us talking about it then do not join the conversation its that simple because the conversation was not directed to you personally so I have no idea why some of you feel you have to join in on this conversation.

All I have stated is that filing a complaint on Ripoff Report will not assist you collecting your monies.
In addition when performing due diligence Ripoff Report is not the first place I look. Nor should you.
The first place to start when investigating a company/person that wishes to conduct business is your local licensing agency.
If a company is not properly licensed...which by the way is almost every member of NAMFS...what makes you think they will not violate other laws??? RR is like 3rd or 4th on the list.

Allow me to ask...How have you assisted contractors collecting the monies they have been cheated out of??? Are you Pro Active in your actions?
You may want to actually have a conversation with me before going down that road with me. Just ask the Mutt & Jeff Team that have faded into the sunset because they felt they could do the same...I'm still beating the drum for labor and they have folded their tents...literally as they went belly up playing keyboard warriors.
I actually help contractors.
How many law enforcement personal, AG's or DA's contact you for information or interview you or qualify you as an expert witness to testify in court procedings?
Like me or not...you cannot question my veracity or integrity. You may comment all you wish on information you stumble upon in social media. The point about social media is that information may not always be correct .

On a side note...anyone looking for information to collect on the NFN issue please check in the descriptions of any podcasts on You Tube as I place information all the time about podcast subject matter. Currently there is contact information for John Navarro and his company is assisting on a contingency basis.

Have a great day!!!!😎✌️
