When someone asks me t do an occupancy inspection I say $50.00. When I last did an insurance loss inspection I charged $350.00. I set my rates not some company that has their bottom line in mind and zero concern for mine.

I don't do many inspections. I currently have only 1 inspection that I am completing for a national company monthly. It's a drive-by - no contact - 4 photo inspection exactly 1.25 miles from my house. $50/Per & it still feels like a loser to me.

Iíve already told you more than I know.
