BOLO—-Alliance field services In California

Because of a recent Supreme Court ruling in California, anyone that receives work from these California based companies are now considered employes to these companies. Seen this posted in a Inspection group from Facebook:

I said this in 2010 and everyone claimed I was an idiot. Still do after winning two employee misclassification suits.
FYI...
California courts used the IRS & DOL rules to make their decisions. Which would translate into...
Show some guts in your jurisdiction and pull the trigger stop being scared Emplactors and act like a business owner, stand up for yourself and stop allowing a membership of a fraudulent 501c3 association to steel your monies....
Have a great weekend

I’ve come across so many posts, comments about how people try and justify the defending the behavior of these businesses and trust sickens one. How can you defend people that steal from you, treat you just as a employee. But no they continue to tell themselves they are not employees and are independent contractors, I’ve seen a few posts where one gentleman posts all the time about these issues and they laugh at him and think he is crazy and mean, I’ve even had a few chats , phone calls with him and he never once have I ever seen this guy that posts these cases in the Inspection groups as being mean, just being forward and people don’t like it or don’t want to believe it, as they are getting paid. I agree people need to stop as one put it as enabling, because that’s what they are don’t is enabling these companies to continue the path they are on. Some of the people are so desperate though, they make you think that this is the only work they can get in their own towns, most drive over 70,000 miles a year for these $3.00 inspections , or these $12.00 insurance inspections on homes, which I can see doing as I don’t think Any of them know how to do any of the math. I watched this one post and the gentleman that posts these independent contractors cases, breaks it out and the nightly computer processing time on most of those inspections, over a year time? Add up to well over $45,000.00 just in nighly processing these inspection orders over a year, averaging say $25-30.00 a hourly pay rate.
