MCS looking at the end?

I have seen nothing posted anywhere that is a positive action from MCS. I saw someone post on this forum stating they were several million in the hole. Not surprised. I have such a love hate relationship with them. They will go a couple of months with nothing but BS work orders then approve a 20k bid and give you no head ache when it comes to pay.

The last few weeks have been hard to take. They just did the same thing that caused me to quit service link a month ago. WTF gives these companies the nerve to short a bid approval by them and then the said invoice weeks after the work has been completed? I just don't get it. This may be the only industry on earth that tries that sh1t.

I am giving them some ultimatums but will not allow it to pass the 90 day mark without filing a lien. I know this is the end but I just have to stand my ground. I just wish the rest of you would make some stands as well.

That came across a little weird. Are you accusing us of being complicit with the downfall of the PP business model somehow by not "taking a stand" or something? Because most of us have taken a stand- we don't work for them, or companies like MCS.

Apologies if I mis-read what you meant...

Sorry for the late response. Simply hoping to encourage others to take a stand as this business is becoming more of a joke day by day. The days of taking the good with the bad has long since passed. The good rarely ever exist. We do all of the actual work and take all of the risk for peanuts by most and now they try to not pay us anything. I once worked for 10 companies. As of this minute I am down to 3 nationals and MCS is on my last nerve. They may not survive tomorrow.

We REFUSE to do any more work for them and have taken the necessary precautions to assure we receive our money.
