Five Brothers Subs Winterization

I received a job from our only client that we do reo work for ( directly from the bank) this property was serviced by The Bros.. not a good winter there.. things are really down hill for that to happen.. I mean there is still water in the pump as well as /pressure on the lines and the water heater.. 🤔 what a joke.. made sure the bank knows not to use them ever again in my area 😁 been direct with this bank for 3 years, only client that I have for foreclosure property, I managed to get into property management/maintenance of 65 rental properties, and we are doing well 😁

When it comes to contractor incompetence in this industry I like to think that nothing will surprise me anymore. But the reality is, I'm surprised to a new low almost weekly. These service companies are really stirring the bottom of the barrel to find vendors that'll work for their pricing.

Iíve already told you more than I know.
