Work for MCS?

I did a forum search for MCS, Mortgage Contracting Services, and didn't come up with anything. I was driving by what looked like an abandoned property today, and found their information on the winterized certificate on the window. The house was first winterized in 2016, and again recently this year. The house is completely full of junk as seen through the windows. Since we specialize in junk outs of properties, it looked like dollar signs to us. I'm about to sign up as a vendor for them on their website, and was mainly looking for feedback as to if anyone has done any work with them. Since the house was winterized but not junked out, it seems like we may be able to become their preferred vendor in this area for junk outs, and as everyone knows, work means money!

Try that search again- searching for MCS yielded 10+ pages of posts. I'd tread VERY carefully with them, I had thought they were finished a year+ ago.

Can you tell me the exact syntax you used for the search, because I tried it multiple times and it tells me the term is too generic. When I expand and type the name out in full, I get no results

I will try again though

EDIT: Might help if I spell "Contracting" correctly

Just type MCS into the search bar. Don't need Contracting in there, it just limits results.
