Had it for 5 years, not any more - A couple of months ago I dropped it in favor of the lower premiums of a regular policy - Their 'requirements' be damned! I shed the E&O policy too. Sent an email to them explaining that when volumes return I will reconsider the dropping of these policies. They're still sending me work.

I have a general commercial policy that covers my truck, garage, equipment, and the liabilities of running my daily business. I don't carry any E&O because none of the clients I work for (realtors and private developers/accounts only) require that idiocy. I also refuse to do any work as a non-licensed contractor that would expose me such as mold remediation.
