Not finding much about these guys on this forum. Does anyone have some real insight on these folks. Been doing this since 07 and only have a select few I deal with so looking for some feedback.

I worked for them many years ago for a very short while. Hard to deal with, minimum pricing, ridiculous people and system, hard to collect money.

Never had an issue with payment other than it taking a little while to get into our account.....

Asset Managers are extremely helpful and flexible with due dates and pricing.

In other words, do your job right and they way they expect it and you won't have an issue.

Never received much volume. We did work for them for 2 years. - We are just a husband/wife team so we are not required to have workers comp. They told us they had to keep an extra 10% of our money, so we said Bye! As far as getting paid - we did not have any issues, pay was a bit low.

We do some work for Cyprexx. We cover North East states. They are a pretty good company. Never had problems with payments and the managers try to help. We do a lot of Mold Assessments and Remediations in New York all the nationals try to skate around the New York Laws Article 32. Cyprexx is one of the only ones that we have run across that tries to follow the laws. They do not pay much for preservation work.
