There are 462 different people active on this site right now, and no posts. Just curious how many are P&P veterans and how many are researching getting into the business? If you're just starting or thinking of getting into this business, what's brought you to P&P, what were you doing for work before you got to this point? For you veterans, what's your next step going to be, what other ways of making money are you looking into?

Iíve already told you more than I know.

Got into PP in 2010. Times were good, money was outstanding. Slowly but surely the work started drying up. I still do some work for private realtors, but not much. There's still just a few too many bottom feeders in my area. They will drive 1/2 way across the state for a couple hundred bucks, thinking they are making money. As always they need a year or 2 to figure out they're going broke.

Last year I was offered a pretty cushy job as a maintenance supervisor of a large apartment complex. I took it and I'm pretty happy, especially at tax time. Always HATED spending days in my office figuring all that crap out and then writing a ridiculously large check to uncle Sam.

I've been in the industry for over 20 years. Currently retired . The industry isn't what it used to be contractors are treated like ****. Prices are below national standards and its disappointing how bad it had gotten
This used to be a great industry people would talk to each other. work together and be able to support their families
