Question about finding work.

I have a friend who is a GC in Florida. He has done some rehab work for banks years ago, I think it was as a sub before he became a GC. He wants to do it again, but his old contacts are not around anymore.

He has reached out to me for advice and help. Since I am not a GC I have no clue as to who it would be good to try and approach and how to go about doing it.

So any words of wisdom would be appreciated. Thanks.

If he is a GC have him contact Wells Fargo. This is the direction they are going. He will need to go into local branches and ask the mortgage person for the local brokers and he can start there...WF has started doing that in this area....
