You a licensed contractor?

In michigan a contract between contractors has to signed by a licensed contractor to stand up in court. If your not just google subcontractor agreements, if you are licensed call your local building department and they will give you an iron clad agreement

You could get a simple and fair contract written by an attorney for a few hundred bucks.

Better than trying to second guess whether or not the fill in the blank template is good or not.
