Lightbulb The nature of the beast

The reality often business most of us have chosen to be in is this .. Most people have no clue what they are doing legally. A lot of the time your working for free . I.e. (bull**** chargebacks or just chasing money until its not worth it anymore. There are so many hands in the way that the money u do make is sometimes not even worth the paper it's printed on. U break even often because "it's a learning curve" sucks but hey noone is gonna help ya if u don't help yourself. For the new guys to construction .. Just because someone has any lisc . Home improvements or a GC it doesn't mean much. Just means that they filled out some form and paid for a piece of paper. Most guys out there who have GC Lic. Are paper pushers and can't hold a hammer to a real builder .. Well ..that's my daily rant .. And yes I do feel better before someone asks

I let God get even with people who screw me. He does a much more thorough job and never goes to jail.
