They used to be good and on time but as all else have gone to ,they too are slowing down. I had one that was 3 months old then all of a sudden it was all caught up. Be the squeaky wheel and PUSH BACK

How long is the invoice from being completed ??

Yes all the time.

If you don't ASK for payment they won't send it to you.

I don't appreciate this.

They still owed me for snow removal in january. Called me last week about lawn routines.
Told them that I wasn't agreeing to any thing because the snow wasn't paid for.

They emailed that the snow checks are in the mail and the lawn has been assigned to me.
Well I had no intentions of doing the lawn but April should be trip charges any way.
I'm going to send them an email once I have the snow checks and tell them I'm not doing the lawn.

Professionals are people who can do their job when they don't feel like it.
Amateurs are people that can't do their job even when they do feel like it.

They dont owe me anything. Just got a call this morning about getting a main cut off valve installed. Would require a bid from a plumber. I always just pay any sub upfront and wait for my payment. However I have not done business with them yet and would prefer to start on jobs with less cost involved. Just looking for input on their integrity. Thanks

I think its $25 trip charge, $45 cut up to 10k.

I've only done this one property for them.

Their payment terms haven't been the greatest lately. If they don't step it up and start paying 45 days like they're supposed to, they might get a LAMCO reputation..........
