Gypsos depending on what department you can get into Safeguard might be worth your while. Do they have some problems? Hell yes, most companies out there do. Preservation pricing is a lot better than REO or grass with them, and if you follow their policies and know what you're doing you can minimize chargeback issues and other headaches. I'll assume form your number of posts that you have experience, but if you've never worked with Safeguard before I'd consider look at their pricing, their zone size in your area, etc.
