Merchant Acct?

Anyone use Merchant Warehouse?
How exactly does it work?
Anyone doing FAS payments with them?
Wanna share your experience?

I know FAS gives us cc number, date, and cvv. You then use that to accept payments they load each week.

Do you do it through website or software with Merchant Warehouse?
Are you happy with it? Any issues?

Thanks! Just trying to get some info before I dive into anything.

I've had a merchant account in past businessed. There's a flat fee + percentage of transaction that's taken out.

I have also used which is pretty cool. I believe it's a flat quarter per transaction.

We do a merchant account with our business...not sure if this is the same thing you are referring to...

My feelings on the direct deposit type of payments from any company that has a charge back policy is do not do it...they can withdraw from the account also....or so I've been told...we have a separate account for the DD thing and it is emptied daily...or at least checked...

As for our merchant account it is on that pay as you go...we are only billed for a transaction...don't think that is what you're referring to though...

We use a merchant account through our bank. It doesnt cost that much per month. And we can take plastic or paper. Either way when a client sends a payment we run it through the machine and it is in our account the next day.If the check bounces it is up to the bank to collect the money with no action against us. Saves on the 10 to 14 day period for the check to clear.
