Rekeying a multi unit complex with a master key

I picked up a job to change all the locks on a multi unit apartment building (6 units) and my clients wants a master key for all units but each unit will be different from each other.

How do I accomplish this in a affordable fashion so I can make a profit completing this job?

Thanks

If you do not know how to rekey locks then you can take all of the locks to a locksmith and have them rekey the locks so that they are all different but they have a master key.

There are extra pins that are put in the cylinder so that your master key will open the locks but you would need that key cut.

A locksmith is probably going to be about $150 or more to re pin 6 deadbolts and 6 knoblocks.

If that is what they want then add it to their bill.
