Do they not get it?

How many times do we have to tell 5 bros that we DO NOT DO MOLD REMEDIATION!!! Yet these brainiacs just keep sending work orders wanting us to bid on mold remediation. There is way to much liabiltiy when it comes to "cleaning" mold and we want no part of that.

Then there is the new thing about sending us insurance work for plumbing. Again my husband is not a licensed plumber and yes he could do the work, but he is not a licensed plumber and this is for the insurance company. So, no he will not be doing any plumbing work. God forbid you tell them a licensed plumber needs to do the work and they get their panties all in a ruffle. Do they think the insurance company is not going to ask for a license number?

Do they not get that not only can we get in trouble, but so can they?

Discoloration is when you walk into the house and turn green from the filth.

Discoloration on the walls is the result of a house full of heavy smokers.

Discoloration is not what the Nationals are claiming it to be. You don't get sued 5 years later for the return of "discoloration".

You guys are so funny.
But your right some say discoloration, yet the work order we got the other day specifically says mold remediation.
I am talking thick white furry stuff that I swear moves when your not looking and the nasty black stuff that crawls up the walls.
If the mortgage companies didn't wait 2 or more years to get into the houses half of them wouldn't have issues.

It might be furry and it might be talking to you, but it's not mold.. It's always discoloration.
