The recall must explain why they are always missing from the basement when we return 30 days later.

We were against installing them right from the get go. We told them there would be problems of leaving appliances on and unattended for extended amount of time. They also had us drain into sinks and bathtubs during wint season. We told them this would compromise the wint but we were still ordered to do it. Then they had us put them into buckets. Guess what they would not order work orders to drain them. So ruined carpets, mushrooms growing and buckled floors. The problem just got worse. They have no Fing clue. We stated if the client would just fix the problem to begin with instead of putting a band aid on it there would be not issues.

I was just asked this morning how many we installed, where they all went and what brands did I use. Not my problem. They can spend the hours of research to find them all.
